Introduction
Results Coaching Systems (RCS) endeavors to develop useful internet
services and web sites that are safe, easy, and respectful of our
customers. RCS and Head4Design maintain this web site. Please contact

Our privacy policy is laid out below. If we have contacted you and
you no longer wish to receive information from us then first of

Customer Definition
RCS defines its customers as follows:
• Anyone who has trained as a coach with us
• Anyone who has registered to attend an event organised by
RCS
• Anyone who has contacted us in relation to our public coach
training products
• Anyone from organizations who have undergone coach training
of any kind
• Anyone from organizations who have contacted us in relation
to our Workplace Coaching products and services
• Anyone who has subscribed to our mailing list
• Anyone with whom RCS maintains business relationships or
communications
Types of Information Gathered
There are two primary types of information provided by RCS customers.
The definitions and treatments of these types are as follows:
Financial Information
Payment information gathered during the registration process –
including but not limited to, credit card numbers, financial institutions,
and expiration dates – is considered Financial. This information
is not distributed under any circumstance.
Professional Information
Data that customers provide to RCS through various methods of communications
with RCS is considered professional information that is stored and
managed for RCS’ internal use. Professional data includes,
but is not limited to: name, address, company name, company address,
phone number, fax number, email address, as well as questions answered
on survey or registration forms. RCS shall not intentionally disclose
or transfer (and shall take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality
and security, and to prevent the unauthorised or accidental disclosure
of) your professional information to third parties (i.e., persons
or entities that are not affiliated with RCS).
Opt Out
RCS will accept, acknowledge and maintain any customer’s request
to opt-out of future communication from RCS.

Security
This site utilizes a secure server to protect your financial information.
Secure server software is used to encrypt the financial information
sent between your Internet browser and our Internet site. This ensures
the security of your financial transaction details when using this
site. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure
of information you have given to us and may, on occasion, request
proof of identity before we disclose any professional information
to you.
E-mail addresses
Individually identifiable e-mail addresses are not captured or stored
unless they are provided. Persons who communicate with RCS, and
supply us with an e-mail address, will from time to time, receive
future communications by e-mail or telephone. Persons who do not
wish to receive e-mail messages may contact RCS and ask to be removed;
to do so, send an e-mail to events@resultscoaches.com
and specify your name, company name and e-mail address. As such,
RCS supports the customer’s right to "opt-out".
E-mail addresses will NOT be sold or disclosed to any other parties.
