About this Program

The Intensive Coach Training Program sits at the core of the Results curriculum. This high impact training program is designed to give participants all the cutting edge coaching skills, tools and resources to effectively coach others in any situation.

Coaching is easier to deliver and receive when it has a clear structure and framework behind it. The Results coaching models covered in this program provide a well-defined foundation, ensuring the process of coaching is professional, accountable and rigorous.

The models at the core of the program draw on the hard science of how the brain works and provide practical, useful tools for improving other people’s thinking and, therefore, their performance.

The classes are highly experiential, rigorous and challenging. There is no substitute in coaching for practical experience.
