Curriculum
Results Coaching Systems offers one of the world's leading coach training curriculums, with thousands of coaches having gone through our programs across Australia and New Zealand, Europe and the USA over the last 5 years. Our suite of individual coach training programs provides everything you need to become a professional coach, whether you are interested in personal, business or executive coaching.

While our programs have sound underpinning principles and theory, they are designed for people who want to build real coaching skills, not just increase their knowledge of the field. We find an average of 90% of our students are doing formal structured coaching within three months of beginning their training. At the core of our curriculum is the Result Coaching Model, a coaching methodology that is helping thousands of people across the globe, from CEO's to students, achieve their personal and professional potential every year. The Results Coaching Model has also been selected by many leading global organisations as their coaching tool of choice for leadership development. We believe that for training to be effective it has to be stimulating, logical, practical and above all, rigorous. Our programs were developed and perfected over years of delivery and are challenging for even the most well trained professional. The basis of our training philosophy is the clear modelling of great coaching skills and making learning as simple as possible through visual models, live example, practice and feedback. The training programs are practical and highly experiential, with a focus on developing real expertise in coaching techniques and processes. This is achieved through well written course materials, live modelling of coaching exercises, paired and group exercises where each participant gets hands-on practice and feedback, and actions to be completed between training sessions. RCS trainers are all exceptional coaches who have undergone rigorous selection and development to be able to lead our courses. Our programs all operate with a 1:8 ratio for trainer to participants. All our training is available in a remote learning format via teleconferencing, which can be accessed from the comfort of your home or office. We also offer programs with face-to-face workshop components in some regions. Program numbers are limited to 24 to ensure each participant gets individual attention, with competency assessments throughout our programs, based on the International Coach Federations' 11 coaching competencies.
