Whilst you are in the training program you are considered
a coach 'in training'. | |||
Level 1 Certified Coach Level 1 Certification means that Results believes you are a competent coach and we are willing to recommend most types of clients work with you. Level 1 is the minimum certification required to an agency coach which enables you to be on our web site, obtain any client leads and use our brand name. Level 1 Coaches pay an agency fee of 20% of incomes from clients that come through Results' marketing network. The key requirements for becoming a level coach are 1. Sign a statement indicating your are adhere to and are operating within the ICF Code of Ethics 2. Complete 36 hours of coach specific training on either the ICT or WPC programs 3. Complete 10 hours of coaching using the RCS model of which 75% is with paying clients (please note that coaching done within the workplace is considered as paying) 4. Have completed a coaching series with an RCS Level One Coach or above, or an ICF certified coach PCC or MCC within the past three years 5. An email letter of recommendation from your mentor stating that they support your application for certification. As a level 1 coach you will be invited to join our agency. | Level 2 Certified Coach | |||
| A level 2 coach is someone who has completed the Intensive Coach Training program, plus at least 4 continuing education and/or specialist education modules. They are someone capable of coaching people from all areas of life and have shown they are able to mentor new coaches effectively. Level 2 coaches pay an agency fee of 17.5% on clients that come through the Results network. The key requirements for becoming a level 2 coach are 1. Pass level one certification 2. Complete 60 hours of accredited coach specific training 3. Completed 100 hours of coaching using the RCS model of which 75% is with paying clients (please note that coaching done within the workplace is considered as paying) 4. Include 3 client testimonials 5. Include a recommendation from your Regional Manager 6. Have mentored at least 3 RCS coaches for a minimum total of 10 hours. | Level 3 Certified Coach | |||
| A level 3 coach is someone who has had extensive experience in coaching and mentoring coaches. Level 3 coaches pay an agency fee of 15% on clients that come through the Results network. The key requirements for becoming a level 3 coach are 1. Pass level two assessment 2. Complete 125 hours of accredited coach specific training 3. Complete at least 450 hours of coaching using the RCS model, of which 75% are with paying clients (please note that coaching done within the workplace is considered as paying) 4. Include 3 new client testimonials 5. Have a testimonial from another RCS Level 3 coach 6. | Level 4 - Professional Certified Coach | |||
