The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the largest global association of coaches with over 11,000 members. The ICF has been a leader in establishing both ethical standards and coaching competencies worldwide.

Results is proud to be one of the few coaching schools worldwide that offer an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) from the ICF. Completing the pathway detailed below provides you not only with globally recognised training, but also helps you meet requirements for your own credential from the ICF.

The Results ICF Credential Pathway meets the coach training requirements for both the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials with the ICF. You will need to document your own coaching experience separately.

The training and coaching requirements for individual applications with the ICF are:

• Associate Certified Coach (ACC) - A total of 60 hours of coach specific training and 100 hours of coaching experience.
• Professional Certified Coach (PCC) - A total of 125 hours of coach specific training and 750 hours of coaching experience.

1. Complete at least 60 hours of Coach Specific Training with RCS  
2. Complete the Results Certified Coach assessment with a pass mark of more than 75%
3. Complete 96 hours of coaching using the RCS model of which 75% is with paying clients.
4. Have completed a coaching series with a Results Certified Coach or an ICF certified coach PCC or MCC within the past three years.
5. Undergone at least two hours of mentoring.
6. An email letter of recommendation from your mentor stating that they support your application for certification.
7. Sign a statement that you adhere to and are operating within the ICF Code of Ethics.
8. Provide three client testimonials

Those seeking to join the Results Agency, must also:

• Submit a CV and a one page document outlining why you believe you should be a part of the Results Agency.
• Undergo an interview with the Regional Manager.

ADDING THE RCC CREDENTIAL TO YOUR ICF CREDENTIAL

If you have completed the full Results ICF Credential Pathway and have gained ICF’s ACC or PCC credential, all you have to do is:

1. Submit three client testimonials
2. Had an interview with your Regional Manager

If you have gained your ICF credential (PCC or ACC) without completing the full Results ICF Credential Pathway, to gain the RCC credential, you must:

• Have completed at least 60 hours of Coach Specific Training with Results
• Passed the RCC assessment
• Submitted three client testimonials
• Had an interview with your Regional Manager
