Key Points about the Results Curriculum

• While our programs have sound underpinning principles and theory, they are designed for people who want to build real coaching skills, not just increase their knowledge of the field.
  
  
• We find an average of 90% of our students are doing formal structured coaching within three months of beginning their training.
  
  
• We believe that for training to be effective it has to be stimulating, logical, practical and above all, rigorous.
  
  
• The basis of our training philosophy is the clear modelling of great coaching skills and making learning as simple as possible through visual models, live example, practice and feedback.
  
  
• The training programs are practical and highly experiential, with a focus on developing real expertise in coaching techniques and processes.
  
  
• RCS trainers are all exceptional coaches who have undergone rigorous selection and development to be able to lead our courses.
  
  
• Our programs all operate with a 1:8 ratio for trainer to participants.
  
  
• Our programs are run in face to face and teleclass formats.
  
  
• Program numbers are limited to 24 to ensure each participant gets individual attention.
  
  
• Competency assessments throughout our programs, based on the International Coach Federation's 11 coaching competencies.

Three ways to train as a Coach with Results

Work towards an ICF Coach Credential
Results offers a flexible ICF Credential Pathway for people seeking a globally recognised coaching credential. You can tailor the pathway to suit your needs, depending on which programs you'd like to include and what level of ICF Credential you are seeking.

Specialist Training Packages
If you know which area of coaching you want to specialise in, but are not necessarily seeking an ICF Credential, then choose one of our three training streams designed to focus on personal, business and executive coaching.

Intensive Coach Training (ICT)
If you're not sure on a specialist area or whether you want an ICF Credential, then complete the Intensive Coach Training to get started as a coach. The Intensive Coach Training Program will give you all the skills, resources and tools to begin coaching in any field. You will be awarded the Results Certificate in Coaching Skills if you successfully complete the ICT.
