What does Results Coaching Systems stand for?

Is Results Coaching Systems accredited with any organisation?

Yes. Results is one of only a handful of coaching schools in Australia that have ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). To read our FAQ page for ICF Accreditation, click here.

As yet there is not currently Australian or European accreditation for coaching schools, apart from the ICF. We are currently preparing the paperwork to achieve accreditation with the VTAB and other government regulatory bodies in Australia..

How and when did Results Coaching Systems begin?

Results Coaching Systems was started in 1996 by David Rock. David is an entrepreneur with a passion for human potential. After 10 years running his own health marketing companies, David had an insight: instead of going to weekend workshops where each participant was one of hundreds, what would it be like if people could have their own personal coach, someone who worked with you over time, that could give you honest feedback and support?

Inspired by this thought, he set off to research, trial and develop his own coaching models. After seeing the extraordinary results that coaching can produce, David developed the Intensive Coach Training Program and started training other coaches to take coaching to a wider audience. Results Coaching Systems is now a well established and rapidly growing company.

We have trained more coaches in Australia in the last four years than any other coach training company, and are now expanding into other regions. We have offices in Sydney, Auckland, New York and London. Our business is to provide not just coach specific training, but also the support and infrastructure that coaches need to develop successful coaching businesses. We are the only coaching organisation that provides practical support to its coaches through a marketing agency.

Do you license your materials from any other companies?

Results Coaching Systems has proprietary developed processes and materials, independently developed without other companies. We are not part of or licensed to any other organisation.

Is this multi level marketing?

Coaching is not multilevel marketing. There are no bonuses for bringing in coaches or clients, or incomes derived from managing other people. We pay all our trainers and support people an hourly rate.
