I have 20 years experience in training and development, including 10 years as CEO of Results Coaching Systems. I have coached around 100 people and trained hundreds of coaches.
As an adjunct lecturer at New York University (SCPS) I co-created a coaching certificate program. I have also been independantly researching the impact of coaching on performance, and the links between coaching and neuroscience.

I am not taking on new coaching clients thesedays, though from time to time I may work with a CEO or senior executive as part of a wide scale change initiative.
I mainly work with executive teams at large organizations, helping them integrate coaching into their culture in various ways.
