Background

During a 14 year career as a National Team Sports Coach and Clinician coaching coaches, teams and athletes all over the world, I accumulated a vast and priceless hoard of insights into the components of success and failure, winning and losing and all the challenges associated with personal achievement and high level performance.

My focus now is on businesses and corporate teams; integrating this experience into a series of innovative business coaching techniques designed to dramatically improve both performance and corporate cohesion.
